We do not ship any products through direct online checkout. All RoboSousChef orders are initiated through a product demo and formal contract process. The contract includes:

Once the contract is signed and payment terms are confirmed, delivery will be scheduled.

3. Shipping Method and Handling

Delivery includes on-site placement and, if applicable, installation and setup by our authorized service team.

Products are shipped in secure, damage-resistant packaging and may require special handling equipment.
4. Delivery Acceptance

Someone must be present at the delivery location to inspect and sign for the product.

If any damage is visible upon delivery, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately at info@robosouschef.com or 908-866-8056.

If the product is accepted with damage and not reported immediately, return eligibility may be void.
5. Delivery Delays

RoboSousChef is not liable for delivery delays caused by weather, natural disasters, labor strikes, carrier issues, or other events beyond our control.
