Return Period:

  • You may return inventory, unused, and non-customized products within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items:

  • Returned items must be in their original, unused condition.
  • We do not accept returns for damaged or customized products.
  • If the received items are damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

Refund Process:

  • Upon receiving the returned items in acceptable condition, we will initiate a refund for the purchase price.
  • Refunds will be processed promptly, and you will be notified via email once the process is complete.
  • Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in the case of rejected items due to damage.

Rejected Items Due to Damage:

  • If you receive damaged items, please refuse the delivery.
  • Contact us immediately to report the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Packing for Return:

  • When returning a product, ensure it is packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Use the original packaging if possible.
  • Items damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products received with visible damage that were not refused upon delivery.
  • Customized products.
  • Items returned after the specified 7-day return period.

Free Delivery Discounts:

  • Any free delivery discounts applied to the original order are not applicable to return shipping costs.

Performance Issues and Warranties:

  • If you encounter performance issues with your product, please refer to the warranty information provided.
  • Performance issues should be addressed through the warranty process and should not be used as a basis for non-payment or return.

Refusing Unacceptable Goods:
