Warranty Policy

Thanks for the purchase of our products. In order to protect your legitimate

rights and interests, remove your worries, and in order to improve the after-sales service

of customers, this warranty regulation is specially formulated, please read carefully and

provide valuable comments and suggestions.

1. Only professionals who have obtained the company's approval can install this product. For products that are not covered by the warranty, our customer service center is still happy to serve you.

2. The maintenance service guarantee has the following contents:

  • If the product is faulty, please contact the company's local distribution service outlet or customer service center.
  • Robosouschef has a one-year warranty for the machine, except accessories.
  • The starting date of the company's product warranty period is subject to the product invoice or contract date, and enjoys 12 months warranty service from the date of sale. 

3. Please pack and send the needed-repair products properly, the company is not responsible for any damage or loss during transportation.

4. Any of the following circumstances is not covered by the warranty:

  • Damage caused by improper use, storage and maintenance by consumers.
  • Damage caused by repair by non-designated maintenance point of the company.
  • The invoice model contract model does not match the model number of the maintenance product, or has been altered.
  • No valid invoice or contract.
  • Damage caused by force majeure.
  • Our company is not responsible for quality accidents that occur with non-standard accessories of the company.

5. Our company has the right to modify the model without notice.

6. All contents in this manual have been carefully checked. If there is any printing error, omission or misunderstanding of the content, the company reserves the right of final interpretation.
